Areas Affected: Yosemite NP outside of the valley - Upper San Joaquin River - Kaiser to Rodgers Ridge - Kings Canyon NP - Grant Grove Area - Sequoia NP - South End of the Upper Sierra
 
Alert Details:
* WHAT...Heavy snow possible. 6 to 12 inches of snow above 5,000
feet. Up to 2 feet at the higher elevations. Winds could gust as
high as 40 mph.

* WHERE...A portion of central California.

* WHEN...From late Wednesday night through late Thursday night.

* IMPACTS...Roads, and especially bridges and overpasses, will
likely become slick and hazardous. Travel could be very difficult
to impossible. The hazardous conditions could impact the Thursday
morning and evening commutes.
